Tasting Notes: This wine boasts violet and iris aroams. Its full, firm palate leaves a pleasant aftertaste of fresh grapes and coffee. Percentage Grape: 100% Gamay Noirà Jus Blanc - A supple, pleasant wine to enjoy throughout the day. Soil: Clay over a granitic subsoil very rich in manganese. Growing Climate: The harvest was sunny with seasonal temperatures. Date of Harvest: 2004/09/10 Type of Harvest: Exclusively manual Vinification Length: 12 days maceration Vinification Method: 50% whole bunch vinification and 50% de-stalked.
