Food Pairings for Moshin Vineyards Dry Creek Valley Merlot
External Reviews for Moshin Vineyards Dry Creek Valley Merlot
Sensational wine starts in the vineyard. Rick Moshin’s winemaking philosophy reflects as much of Mother Nature as possible. The naturally low pH in the mature grapes makes balanced, fruit-forward, yet ageable wines that pair beautifully with food. The Pinot Noir come from estate vineyards and other varietals come from quality vineyards all over California. The winemaker’s ideal of terroir character is represented in this well balanced, fruity and full-bodied Merlot. Sonoma's Dry Creek Valley enjoys long sunny days and a warm mild micro-climate that's great for Merlot, bringing intensely ripe fruit. Skilled winemaking does the rest to deliver an array of fruit and berry flavors.
