User Reviews for Moser Chardonnay Tba Sepp Moser Apetlon/Burgenland Österreich Burgenland Moser Sepp

Winemaker's Notes:

This is a crisp and aromatic dry white with youthful, lightly floral aromas and citrus and green apple fruit. The palate is quite full and richly textured with flavours of apricot backed by tangy grapefruit characters leading to a spicy, savoury finish and a firm minerality that should enable it to develop in bottle for at least 5 years. The Sepp Moser Estate was founded by the famous Austrian wine producing pioneer, Lenz Moser. Lenz Moser's son, Sepp Moser, began operating under his own name in 1987 and handed over the direction of this family-owned estate to his own son Nikolaus in the year 2000. The Sepp Moser Estate comprises of 50 acres of vineyards in two prominent wine regions; Kremstal (22 ha) and Neusiedlersee (28 ha). The Grüner Veltliner Gebling is delicious with lobster or fish in fine spicy sauces - and is one of the few wines which works well with asparagus.
