tastes more like a sauvignon blanc than a chardonnay. Definitely caught me off guard. I like that! I paired it with breaded chicken patties but this would go great with oysters.

A nice Cabernet for this everyday price. Dry and smooth, it shows interesting flavors of black currants, plums, herbs and spice, with a touch of smoky oak.

Rich and creamy, this is a Chardonnay with real depth. Loaded with vanilla, spice, pear and banana flavors. Serve slightly chilled with shrimp alfredo, roasted chicken or light soups.

Sweet flavor on the palate is from sur-lie ageing the wine on the primary yeast lees for 6 months. A versatile style of wine that can be served chilled with fine cuisine or a glass with friends.
