Morey St Denis Premier Cru Dujac 2014

Winemaker's Notes:

90-92 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound: "Here too there is a discreet touch of wood that easily allows the black pinot fruit, earth and sauvage aromas to shine. There is a lovely sense of underlying tension to the beautifully defined medium-bodied flavors that possess a seductive mouth feel, all wrapped in a balanced and lingering finale. This is not especially concentrated but I like the depth and delivery." Issue# 61, 01/16 89-91 Points, Stephen Tanzer, Vinous Media: "Healthy dark red. Lovely lift to the aromas of blackberry, blackberry and spicy underbrush. Densely packed, broad and sweet; spreads out horizontally on the palate but retains a juicy quality to its dark berry and spice flavors. Finishes with substantial ripe tannins and very good length." 01/16
