Winemaker's Notes:
A very successful blended organic wine. Red ruby colour, with a powerful mouthful of black cherry, plum and a touch of dark chocolate at the end. Made from Mantilaria, Monemvasia and Aidani red. It goes very well with meat but also with deserts. This wine was aged for 1 year in American oak barrels, drinks very well now with the ability of aging.
