- Lovely, pale (the way it should be) Pinot Noir. Not a very intense wine in terms of flavors or aromas. The red fruit is quite subdued, yet everything is balanced nicely.

- Winemaker's Notes: "This Pinot Noir has a good color, an inviting, aromatic, sweet bouquet of red and black cherry with light earthy, oaky, jammy notes. The flavors are rich of red and black cherry, chocolate with an earthy character, a light oak and vanilla note round out the flavors. The wine has a spicy finish, with the presence of ripe, mouth filling, yet approachable tannins and black pepper notes." - Jacques Tardy, winemaker

- Beautiful, deceiving pale hue with smokey berry fruit on the nose and a comfortably deep palate with spice and dark fruit. The wine opens wonderfully giving sublte intensity when tight and slowly deepening and showing its balanced tannin structure as it breathes in the glass. Salmon, complex salads or on its own is what's up.
