- This Gewurztraminer has a rich, spicy bouquet with banana and honey tones. It tastes off-dry with a very light spritz and has a nice acid balance. The mouthfeel is lightly sweet and crisp with citrus-banana fruit flavors, a rich mouth full of candied ginger and a light orange peel bitterness.
