Drinkable but a bit disappointing. Perhaps it would benefit from some more bottle age. Lots going on, but sort of clumsy.
Nice plum nose with a moderate to light body upon entry; gritty tannin present and Malbec seems dominant in a slightly rustic style (although Malbec is but one of 4 varieties hence the name). A much more balanced and pleasant bit of juice than expected. But drink up.
Very short. Too short that I could not enjoy the taste at all.
Deep ruby shading to purple. Nice black currant, cherries, hint of "gaminess" on the nose. A medium bodied wine delivering good fruit and a hint of oak along with balanced acidity and tannins leading to a medium length enjoyable finish.
