A rich and distinctive red, the Carmenère grape is to Chile what Malbec is to Argentina, however, the character of Carmenère is more supple and smooth. The profile is berries, olives and tobacco. Consulting oenologist Paul Hobbs ages this Reserva 7 months in French and American oak barrels for added depth and complexity. A perpetual Best Buy from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. It's a great wine to match up with rich, lively foods.

A very fresh, forward style, with tasty grape and blackberry fruit laced with roasted vanilla and cocoa notes. Drink now.

Deep purple with powerful spicy aromas mingled withmint and wild herbs. On the palate, soft and round tannins combine with a subtle vanilla and toasty flavors.

Inky ruby. Fresh blackberry, raspberry, incense and rose on the slightly reduced nose. Firm and refreshingly brisk, offering fresh red and dark berry flavors and a kick of peppery spice. Very young but shows good, energetic fruitiness. Finishes with fine-grained tannins and good persistence.

On the nose itrsquo;s sweet, smooth and seductive, but thatrsquo;s where the sweet nothings end. The palate is super concentrated and intense, with almost overpowering blackberry and boysenberry fruit. A high-octane red if there ever was one, and thatrsquo;s all hammered home on the warm, menthol-laden finish.

Plump and velvety, this fruity red offers plum, blackberry and tangerine flavors, accented with vanilla and licorice. Not muscular, but generous. Drink now through 2012.A very fresh, forward style, with tasty grape and blackberry fruit laced with roasted vanilla and cocoa notes. Drink now.
