RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Floral and slightly sweet aromas are spicy, hot and intoxicating. Spicy and juicy wine with a good bit of cherry flavors, oak and cream on the finish with a hint of chocolate. Great value!
combinations of raspberries, buttery oak and flowers on the nose. palate mixed with buttery popcorn, varying red fruits with a little earth and tarriness. quite impressive and complex for its value. great to bring to a house party!
They redid their label like the 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon on here with a firm twist cap, no doubt marketing themselves to the new wine generation. I was expecting something something less, but it was a pleasant, easy-to-drink Barbera, lacking only in some of the earthiness I expect from this italian grape. Will buy another to see if I can get past the fruitiness, see if I can find the "hints of toasty graham cracker" the label said I should find.
Butter on the nose, then straw, and very light, very thoughtful leather; in the mouth there's deep, black raspberry and a dusting of powdered sugar. Finish is long, warm, and embracingly toasty. Complex & refreshing.
Spicy black berries on the nose. Some black pepper. Great taste with good spice. This is pretty good, though I was a little drunk at this point in the night so, give or take half a glass.
Bold red wine. Plum and cherry flavors. Fruit forward. Good option with a red meat instead of a cab.
Three and a half glasses
