Monteviejo Festivo Rosado Uco Valley 2007

External Review by Sam's Wine:

Pours a somewhat dark pinkish garnet, darker than most rosados. Aromas of sweet berries and tart cherries leap from the glass. This is rich and round on the palate, with chunky berry fruit and a nice minerally structure, and hints of cloves and anise on the finish. The fleshy fruit enrobes a tart and mouthwatering acidity that gives this delicious rosado its backbone.
