This is a wine fermented 50% in American oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel. 15 % goes through malolactic fermentation. The process is carried out under controlled temperature conditions to maintain the fruit aromas. The resulting wine is a beautiful pale gold colour with shades of green. Its aroma blends butter hints of vanilla and tropical fruits (banana). This is a fresh wine, fruity, with good body and balance, with a creamy and complex mid palate and an elegant long finish. Good with white meats, fresh salads and fish.
