Food Pairings for Montes Carmenere Purple Angel
A very good wine from Chile. The nose is so consistent and consetrated. Aromas of peppers, tomato leaves, plums, berries and light herbs. The palate is following the nose with an amazing balance of the veggie and the fruity parts. Round and plenty tannins with a medium + acidity. Long veggie finish a bit harsh. It needs some time but still is a good choise for now. Any dish combining vegatables and braised beef is a must pair!

Pale yellow and 100% fermented in stainless steel. No oak. Selected grapes picked to show best varietal aromas and fruit. Extremely attractive tropical fruits and grassy due to the cool Casablanca climate. A fresh, crispy light, happy wine to the palate. Enjoy as young as possible. First vintage was 1999. Offered to those clients who prefer unoaked Sauvignon Blanc.
