Mont Rochelle Sauvignon Blanc Franschhoek Valley 2002
Parker on the 03- Bramare is a tribute to the Marchiori family and their Italian heritage. Bramare is an Italian word meaning to yearn for and represents Vina CobosGs middle tier of wines. Under the Bramare label, Vina Cobos showcases the Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay varietals. From slightly younger yet well-established blocks of the Marchiori Vineyard, the Bramare wines exhibit structure, concentration and complexity.

This could be Chilersquo;s most expressive, interesting white Sauvignon. Itrsquo;s got typical prickly pineapple, passion fruit, scallion and pepper notes, and pure citrus flavors backing it all up. The mouthfeel is zesty and spirited, but therersquo;s natural roundness, too. Some licorice adds complexity to the finish.
Flavors of bright citrus and passion fruit, adorned by fresh green beans and a touch of pepper, define this very refreshing sauvignon blanc. Savor it with bacon-wrapped scallops.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in steel. Very crisp, bright and perfectly zingy. Loads of green apples and citrus zest.
