Mont Marcal Cava Brut Rosado Reserva 2010

Member Review by drdebs:

Completely concur with earlier comment. Very dark rose verging on magenta in color. Aromas of pure rapsberry and a bit of toast. Flavors of raspberry, toast, and a bit of creaminess in the finish. Dry wine, despite the dark color. Excellent with chorizo, manchego, and piquillo peppers.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
