A soft mousse gives this wine a gentle demeanor; it’s fruity, but not too fruity, and yeasty, but not too yeasty. The nose and the mouth show strawberries, roses, currants, and lots of red cherries. A little sweet note in the middle adds to the softness. The wine has an intense and attractive red currant color with violet tones, showing fine bubbles and mousse. It is dominated by aromas of cherries and blackberries with a base of plum and fig compote and slight evolution of the lees. On the palate, it is young, fruity, fresh, soft, and above all, elegant.
