Food Pairings for Mont Marçal Cava Brut Reserva
This Cava is pale yellow with fine bubbles and a perfect mousse. Aromas of yeast with a fruity base of ripe apples, banana, and pineapple dominate the nose. It is balanced, crisp, elegant, endowed with great character on the palate. This is an ideal Cava to drink as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes, from fish and shellfish to light meat dishes, pasta, rice, salads, smoked food, and charcuterie. The fine presence of carbonic gas makes it refreshing and perfect to help the digestion of meals. The recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10ºC. This Cava should be consumed within 20 months of purchase.
Here is a clean and balanced Cava, showing dough and baked goods alongside pear, apple, and citrus notes. The mousse is fairly soft, and there is a sweet green apple note at the end with the lemon and orange notes lingering too.

Notes: Traditional Method (15 to 20 months)
