Tasting Notes: Produced from prized sauvignon blanc grapes, this white wine has a rich range of fruity shents, fresh and persistent taste and it is perfect with fish or white meats. ORGANOLECTIC CHARACTERISTICS ò Color: straw yellow with pale greenish reflections ò Shent: fruity, varietal perfume, with marks remembering box, elder, passion-fruit ò Taste: fresh, involving and persistent. MENU MATCHING: Served fresh,at a temperature of 10/12° C, this wine is suitable for fish,white meats and grilled vegetables. Percentage Grape: 100% Sauvignon blanc Soil: sandy/clayey Vinification Method: òHarvested manually in aerated plastic containers at complete ripening of grapes. òGrapes vinification, light crushing to separate the must from the skins, then alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a regulated temperature (18°-20°C) òFining of the wine in stainless steel vats. òBottling in Spring time and fining in bottle for at least one month. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
