Wine Tasting NotesTo be served chilled. It is particularly well suited to accompany desserts or fruit at the end of a meal. Thanks to its moderate alcohol content it can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Fine and constant, light straw yellow delicately sweet with right balance of acidity. Rich, intense, aromatic, fruity, with traces of acacia and orange blossoms, and scent of wild mountain honey

As in past years, we have searched for this extraordinary sparkling wine as it is made with the Muscat grape, our personal favorite. It is sweeter, has a more delicate finish than most Asti's we've tried before. It also has a richer texture and coat's the palate with the fruity bouquet.
Sadly, the last time we were able to procure Mondoro Asti Champagne was in the winter of 2001 for a graduation ceremony. No one has carried it since and we miss it dearly!
