- "This once unheralded terroir continues to go from strength to strength under the guidance of proprietors Chantal and Gerard Perse. A new drainage system throughout the vineyard has been installed, and no doubt has increased the quality of this cuvee. Monbousquets upbringing includes such Burgundy practices as malolactic in barrel, aging on its lees, and little or no manipulation.
