Food Pairings for Monasterio Santa Cruz Tarragona
This probably Monastrell-based deep clear ruby-red colored Tarragona wine is a gem in the rough! It needs more cellaring to mature fully, as it has good acids and rich tannins but will balance out nicely I believe. Not a big "nose" wine but very rich and complex on the palate. Gets more delicious with more time open (minimum of 1-2 hrs needed).
we love it! we're looking for store in nj that sells it
