Monasterio de Corias Vino de la Tierra de Cangas 2006

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

Monasterio de Corias works exclusively with native grapes found on the mountain side region of Cangas located in northwest Spain. Made from a field blend of old vine Carrasquin, Verdejo Negro & Mencia, this light red was fermented with wild yeasts & bottled without filtration. The palate is packed with minerals & delicious bright fruit.
