Beverage Testing Institute Review Rated 91 BEST BUY Very faint straw color with a silvery cast. Explosive aromas of five spice, anise cookie, dried papaya, and praline follow through on a silky, vibrant entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with apple pie and and honey notes. Finishes with a long, fruity spicy fade. A vibrant, festive sipper. (tasted on Dec-16-2008) Wine Tasting Notes The pursuit of the finest sake leads us along many paths but the one that just made the most sense was crafting the finest certified organic sake. Fully organic, certifiably so. Enjoy! Lush fruit and spice aromas layer their way to big fruit flavors packed in a complex body and long, clean finish. Wild Salmon and morels. Crisp green salad of romaine, heirloom tomatoes and chevre. Fruit salads and savory grilled chicken.
