Drink now.` (04/09) The 2008 Momo Sauvignon Blanc is made from a blend of fruit from vineyards located on the plains of the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. The Sauvignon was picked between March 29 and April 11 in the late evening and early morning, to ensure the fruit was cool when it reached the winery. After fermentation at a low temperature, to retain fruit character, the wine was allowed time sitting on yeast lees to give greater palate depth and complexity. Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with a hint of minerality. The palate is textural and rich with ripe tropical fruit and grapefruit. The finish is crisp and dry. Delicious with all types of seafood and summer salads, or just by itself as a refreshing aperitif.

Super-fresh, organically-farmed Sauvignon Blanc, made by Seresin from fruit grown on the next property over. If you buy only one wine this summer, make it this one! Excellent concentration of fruit, with a powerful kick at the finish. Vibrant citrus flavors and an excellent array of herbs and spice - perfect for kicking back on the front porch, but it would also make a great pairing with salads, grilled fish or lemon-pepper chicken.
Light and citrusy, with grapefruit, tangerine and green melon flavors that linger on the bright, juicy finish. Drink now.
The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc gives intense grapefruit peel, lemon juice, fresh herb, pea pod and fennel seed aromas. Crisp, medium bodied with good concentration and a long, herbal finish, it is one for drinking right now. Momo is a range of well-priced, varietally expressive wines produced by Seresin Estate, with an emphasis on using organically and sustainably produced grapes.
Pale yellow. Sexy, rather musky aromas of ginger and flinty minerality. Then rich, broad and sweet on the palate, with lovely intensity and a somewhat exotic character to the stone fruit flavors. There's a sake-like saline quality and a dry finish to this silky wine that should make it flexible at the table.
