Food Pairings for Mommessin Brouilly Chateau de Pierreux
Robe of deep, coagulated blood. Raspberries (Frambois) and a hint of mint and chocolate on the nose but muted at serving temperature of 12 degrees centigrade (perhaps too cool for Cru). A bit vegetative - almost rhubarb on the palate but very pleasant. Medium finish and good value.
