Varietal(s): 100% Gamay Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked, sorted, vatted in whole bunches (semi-carbonic maceration) then bled to obtain better concentration. Vinified with a long vatting of 9-12 days for fruit and color, malolactic fermentation. Visual Aspect: Deep, ruby color Nose: Well-developed boquet of violets and red fruits Palate: Ripe and dense flavors of strawberry and raspberry are balanced and elegant. Food Pairing: Ideal with red meat or Italian pasta dishes.
