Mokelumne Glen Vineyards Dreirebe(2006)

These Dreirebe 2006 varieties were harvested at 33.9° Brix and "cold-soaked" to draw out their fragrances, flavors and sweetness. The resulting wine has a residual sugar of 13.5 g/100ml and acidity providing a pleasing sugar-acid balance accompanied by a complex blend of fragrances and flavors. The relatively low alcohol content is 12.8%. Dreirebe is often enjoyed as a sipping wine or with desserts. However, the best food-wine pairing is the one that satisfies you. Enjoy!
