The pretty pink colour makes this an ideal Champagne for celebrating anything romantic. It really is a Rosé version of the Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
This is very dry. I do like dry champagne but this has a taste in your mouth after you swallow it that is very dry and citrusy. It is too overwhelming. So by itself it was too overpower. However, I had cut up some dry sausage and we started to eat it with this and it was good with the dry sausage.

Medium pink with a fine bead. Very fragrant aromas of fresh strawberry and flowers, along with a hint of cake icing. A soft, round rose with supple red berry and orange flavors, gentle acid lift and a velvety finish. This has the fruit to stand up to strongly seasoned foods.
Dry and slightly tart, this rosé leaves a mouthwatering impression in the wake of strawberry and sour cherry notes. Light-weight, with a moderate finish. Drink now. -BS Wine Spectator. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Moet Chandon Brut Imperial Rose 187ml
Lively and generous, Rose Imperial distinguishes itself by a radiant colour; an intense fruitiness and flamboyance on the palate, that instantly seduce and delight.
Refreshing and well-structured, with an expanding evolution of flavor in the mouth. The floral, tart cherry aroma turns to red fruit character on a clean and crisp palate. Light smoke lingers in the finish.
A light, copper-colored rosé, this basks in light, sweet red fruit and flowers. It's soft, but keeps its sweetness in check, ending with cedary finesse. For seafood sausage. Wine & Spirits. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Moet Chandon Brut Imperial Rose 187ml
