Pale yellow. An enticing blend of red berries, with the initial notes of fresh almond and grapefruit gradually leading into cashew nut and spices complemented by lightly toasted brioche on the nose. The satiny texture unfolds on the palate, embracing and caressing it. Momentary weightlessness with a vibrating finish arousing the taste buds with controlled ardor. There is a slightest undertone of tartness, citrus zest and buds, with the significant persistence.

- A wonderful champagne, light, crisp, and warm with a lovely light golden color. Bubbles were plentiful and effervescent. Slightly nutty and very well-rounded.
- December 2006
- Light straw color. The nose showed citric notes, yeast and later some coffee too. Very young, huge acidity even agressive. Great ageing potential. [91]

- Light greenish gold. First bottle corked. Flirtatious and lively nose. Really quite aromatic! Then a bit sweet on the front palate. Still quite tight. May unwind to something much more exciting though the fruit doesn't seem the freshest or zestiest. I wonder whether this is a cork problem?
