A Proprietary Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Moet Chandon Nectar Imperial 375ml
Light gold. Bright orange, candied lemon and peach on the nose, with a faint toffee note. Broad pear and peach flavors, with deeper notes of marzipan and guava. Plenty sweet but also balanced and clean, with good weight and a long, lush finish. For the style, this is delicious.
Yellow-gold with a faint peach skin tinge. Peach, nectarine and spun sugar on the nose. Lush, creamy flavors of sweet pit fruits and melon are deepened by notes of honey and nougat. A touch of orange peel lifts this sappy, off-dry wine, which finishes on a slightly syrupy note. This is easier to drink and less cloying than many examples of sweet Champagne.
Light yellow with a gentle bead. Orange sherbet, melon and apricot on the nose, plus a subtle undercurrent of candied flowers. Fleshy and sweet, with rich citrus and pit fruit flavors and creamy custard-like character. This distinctly sweet wine should be served with salty or blue cheeses or rich desserts.
