Moët & Chandon Champagne Blend Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon 2002

Winemaker's Notes:

Tremendous aromatic intensity offering hints of bread dough Wheat Thins tropical fruits and roasted hazelnuts. Medium to full-bodied with crisp acidity buttressing the wines wealth of fruit and intensity it comes across as extraordinarly zesty well-delineated and incredibly long on the palate.

Very, very creamy wine with very intense floral tastes. Almost a lemony feel. Very good, very flashy. Not subtle at all with vanilla and butter coming out in the end.

The 2002 Dom Perignon is at first intensely floral, with perfumed jasmine that dominates the bouquet. With time in the glass the wine gains richness as the flavors turn decidedly riper and almost tropical. Ripe apricots, passion fruit and peaches emerge from this flashy, opulent Dom Perignon.
