Food Pairings for Moet and Chandon Brut Imperial Rose
Well integrated fruit, refreshing, light bubbles. Too expensive for every day drinking but great for a special occasion.
Dry and fruity with big bubbles, nutty nose and a long-lasting finish.
It may be the best selling Champagne in the world but personally I can't see why that is the case. There isn't anything I can see that puts this right at the top of the NV's, the price sits in the middle of them all and I have had a lot better NV's in the past. Lots of bubbles, slightly biscuity and pale straw but its average Champagne at best.
Best selling Champagne in the world Medium-bodied, scent of strawberries Dry and fruity with big bubbles Some peach & apple and a long-lasting finish.
Tostado e citrico com bastante perlage.
Sabores mais acentuados, incluindo longo final. Melhor que outros M&C comprados no mesmo dia e local

Light bright gold. Fresh pear and honey on the nose with a gingery nuance adding lift. Smooth and fleshy with good back-end lift and a lingering spicy note on the clinging finish. Shows more vivacity and cut than I ve experienced with this bottling in recent years. Stephen Tanzers IWC.
Tart red-fruit scents give this a vinous profile fragrant with cranberry root vegetables and ginger. It finishes clean with cool limestone minerality. Cellar this for a year to let the flavors develop further. Wine & Spirits.
Bright reddish gold. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Roasted coffee, minerals. Mild red betry fruits. Lovely smoky nose points to full development. Fine lemony acids give this some backbone and length. Quite mature and tasty with a biscuity quality. Well-balanced. Outstanding value for the money.
With a beautifully deep coral color and bold Pinot Noir flavors, this could easily substitute for red dinner wine. A generous rosé with a lingering finish.
Straight down the road for type this wine sports the expected blending of table wine vinosity and mild but evident fruit with a slightly yeasty overlay in its mid-volume aromas and while it will not earn points for complexity it does gain them for a foamy and long-lasting mousse and for flavors that make a bow to the table wine side of the genre while not allowing more than a tad of grippy tannins into play. Use it with light finger foods or even a parchment poached salmon fillet. Co
This rosé’s sweet strawberry flavors balance a kick of spice and rich undertones of nuts. The acidity is ample enough to support the waxy texture and sweet fruit. Serve with a tart aux fraise or strawberry shortcake.
…medium pink, with an orange tinge, has subtle fragrances and flavors of delicate spice and raspberries. It is fresh, creamy and spicy, with a crisp finish.
