Food Pairings for Moet and Chandon Brut Imperial Rose
Well integrated fruit, refreshing, light bubbles. Too expensive for every day drinking but great for a special occasion.
Dry and fruity with big bubbles, nutty nose and a long-lasting finish.
It may be the best selling Champagne in the world but personally I can't see why that is the case. There isn't anything I can see that puts this right at the top of the NV's, the price sits in the middle of them all and I have had a lot better NV's in the past. Lots of bubbles, slightly biscuity and pale straw but its average Champagne at best.
Best selling Champagne in the world Medium-bodied, scent of strawberries Dry and fruity with big bubbles Some peach & apple and a long-lasting finish.
Maca and guava. Menos pao. Boa perlage mas final pouco longo
Rose. Pouco citrico, menos flagrante e acido, mas bom equilibrio
External Reviews for Moet and Chandon Brut Imperial Rose
Ros? Imp?rial is a spontaneous, radiant, romantic expression of the Mo?t & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Tart red-fruit scents give this a vinous profile fragrant with cranberry root vegetables and ginger. It finishes clean with cool limestone minerality. Cellar this for a year to let the flavors develop further. Wine & Spirits.
Has a lovely bouquet of spice and berries, with yeasty nuances. The yeasty, spicy berry flavors are rich, full and creamy — delicious.
A medium-bodied rosé, with berry and spice flavors supported by a firm, chalky texture. Very good balance and harmony, with moderate length. Drink now.
Moët et Chandon is the leading vine-grower in Champagne, with the most extensive vineyards, an inheritance of fundamental importance in the constitution of its assemblages (blends). The skill of their vine-growers, the expertise of their oenologists and the know-how of several centuries form an unbroken chain of invaluable and fruitful knowledge. Their position as a major player in the region provides them with the means to implement their oenological beliefs. In all places and on all occasions they bring their gift of enjoyment to every wine lover. Colour: Pale gold with bountiful tiny bubbles Aroma: Delicately vinous with a wine and lime blossom attack Palate: Fine, well balanced; leaves behind a sense of harmony and mellowness.
Light bright gold. Fresh pear and honey on the nose with a gingery nuance adding lift. Smooth and fleshy with good back-end lift and a lingering spicy note on the clinging finish. Shows more vivacity and cut than I ve experienced with this bottling in recent years. Stephen Tanzers IWC.
A light, copper-colored rosé, this basks in light, sweet red fruit and flowers. It’s soft, but keeps its sweetness in check, ending with cedary finesse. For seafood sausage.
