Well integrated fruit, refreshing, light bubbles. Too expensive for every day drinking but great for a special occasion.

The pretty pink colour makes this an ideal Champagne for celebrating anything romantic. It really is a Rosé version of the Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.
This is very dry. I do like dry champagne but this has a taste in your mouth after you swallow it that is very dry and citrusy. It is too overwhelming. So by itself it was too overpower. However, I had cut up some dry sausage and we started to eat it with this and it was good with the dry sausage.

A light, copper-colored rosé, this basks in light, sweet red fruit and flowers. It’s soft, but keeps its sweetness in check, ending with cedary finesse. For seafood sausage.
Medium light body. Medium acid and fruit. Peaches, apricots, grass, minerals. Tart notes balanced by good fruit. Extremely elegant, with strong mineral notes.

A medium-bodied rosé, with berry and spice flavors supported by a firm, chalky texture. Very good balance and harmony, with moderate length. Drink now.
Pale strawberry color. Perfumed, spicy aromas of pink grapefruit, spearmint and red berries. Round and frothy in the mouth, with distinct red wine flavors. Vinous, serious and clean. Offers an almost floral perfume. Far better than the rather crude NV Brut Imperial and the andrsquo;92 Brut Imperial Rosandeacute;.
Red cassis and roasted yeast scents play tight against the spicy acidity. Quite young, the sweet fruit and tough acidity should meld and soften with tiem. One judge likened this to a pre-made Kir Royale.
