- Pale yellow with shades of green. The aroma is delicately vinuous with a lime and vine blossom attack. Very ample on the palate, discreet finish. An apertif wine; accompanies fish dishes, as well.

- This is a medium-bodied wine that is well-balanced and features round flavors like apple, yeast, and honey, along with a subtle citrus acidity. It can compliment a variety of foods -- seafood dishes as well as rich cream-based soups. We enjoyed it with delicious fresh New England Scallops with a caviar "fondue" sauce.

Very refreshing classical champagne. This is what I usually pick up due to its exceptional value for money. For champagnes in the same price range, I prefer this over Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Yellow Label. The Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial is blended with more Pinot Meunier which gives it the uniquely bright classical taste of a Champagne.
