- This wine combines the individual attributes and characters of each variety to give a unique blend of complexity, texture, length and persistence.The Mourvedre provides rich, chocolatey, earthy flavours to form the textural component of the blend. Grenache gives fragrance, brightness and delicacy. The Shiraz adds violet and black cherry flavours and contributes structure and length.
