    This a great Pinot Noir, soft tannins and fruity, but not sweet, just the perfect taste. Smell is fruity also and some floral. I will continue to buy this one and will be one of my choice for any occasion.

    Had this with a Parmesan, goat cheese, and portabella mushroom pasta dish, and it was a great pairing. I agree with the reviewer who said this has nice fruit and soft tannins. For me, it tasted best the second day.

    Tart cherry and fairly full in the mouth. Mellows as it sits. Relatively inexpensive, but with so many great Pinots out there, not sure if I'll buy it again.

    Intense flavors of strawberries, pomegranates, and cherries. These primary flavors are enhanced by secondary flavors of floral and spice characters. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within a year of release, but should be able to age in the bottle for up to three years.

    The Mirassou family started making wine in the late 1800s, earning them the distinction of being the oldest winemaking family in America. This Pinot Noir, coming from the cooler region of Monterey County, exhibits the Mirassous' expertise. Bright raspberry and red currant flavors explode on the palate, while underlying notes of spice, earth, and smoke create a lasting finish.
