I received this wine as a Christmas gift from my in-laws, who, bless their hearts for trying, are not, really wine afficionados. On the other hand, there is nothing really wrong with this, other than you would never guess that it was a Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruitiness on the tip of the tongue would suggest a low-dollar Pinot Noir--tons of cherry flavor with no tannin or acid to speak of. I'll drink it down. It's, actually, a pretty fair wine.

Has some herbal, tomatoey notes, but overall this is a satisfying mouthful of Cabernet, with plummy fruit and supple tannins. Sourced mainly from Paso Robles and Lodi.
A light-weight, herbal cabernet, this has flavors of currants, blueberries and spicy green herbs. For flank steak.
Displays deep rich blackberry and black currant flavors. These primary flavors are complimented with secondary flavors of vanilla, hints of spice, dark chocolate, black pepper, and elegant licorice and cocoa aromas. This Cbaernet is full bodied with a soft finish of moderate length. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within a year of release, but should be able to age in the bottle for up to three years
