This wine’s purple grape scents evolve toward raspberry and sun-dried tomato as it sparkles on the palate. The fruit tastes natural, bluntly acidic, austerely dry, needing something meaty, like cavatelli with lamb sausage, to soak up its structure and lengthen the fruit.
