If you look for a best buy, its the Miolo Brut, a great champenoise from Brazilian best sparkling wine terroir.
50% Pinot Noir
50% Chardonnay
8 monthes in autolysis. Great acidity, refreshing and creamy.
Nice and fine perlage, with notes of toasted bread, honey, butter and green apple, nice and round finish.

refreshing alternative to a cava. all the great value from cava with a splash of french yeast. My first brazilian wine which will hopefully lead to more great stuff from brazil.
