User Reviews for Miolo Alisios Seival Estate Tempranillo/Touriga Campanha

Winemaker's Notes:

With their wine consultant Michel Rolland, the Miolo Winery has built a state-of-the-art cellar with lots of space for expansion. The family have invested millions of US dollars in the vineyards and cellar to make this a shining beacon in the young Brazilian wine industry. The Portuguese winemaker, Miguel Almeida, has been instrumental in taking the quality of these wines to where they are now - as well as being probably one of the most experienced winemakers in Brazil he has worked in the Douro, Alentejo & Rheinhessen. This red has very fruity aroma, reminiscent of cherry and currants. It has a medium structure, an interesting volume, good acidity, and on the whole, very neat in the mouth.
