All right I know what you’re thinking: “Chilean Zin?” But think again. The hot climate tempered by the cool mountain air creates the lengthy ideal growing season for this California varietal and Millaman pulls it off flawlessly. Dense chewy tannins and jammy blackberry fruits rounded out by plenty of oak; this Zin boasts an awful lot of muscle for the price. Intensely structured for hearty barbecue fare.
