Our 1999 vintage begins with a classic Gewurztraminer nose of spice and tropical fruit. Flavors of ripe pineapple, vanilla, spice, and pink grapefruit round out this wine. Firm acidity provides balance to the slight sweetness. Food Pairing: This wine pairs especially well with Asian dishes and curry, sweet and sour, honey, ginger, and peanut sauces. Traditionally, it has been extremely popular for Holiday dinners. For a real treat, pair our Gewurztraminer with an apple dessert or pumpkin pie.
