Type of wine: Dry white wine Cultivar: 100% morava Maturation: Steel tank Tasting notes: Wine is pale yellow colored with a delicate gray glint. The nose developed intense primary herbal aromas supported by excellent freshness with a slight hints of dried meadow flowers in the background. The fragrance opens up in layers to the aromas of litchi fruit and white peach . The taste is fresh and vibrant with light acids. Dominated by herbal aromas with a note of minerals in the background. Medium-full bodied with pleasant and juicy taste finals. Recommended serving temperature is 10-12 degrees Celsius. Gastro recommendation: Seasonal salad with creamy dressing, breaded and grilled white meat, white fish or serve as aperitif wine. Alcohol: 13% vol
