Type of wine: Dry white wine Cultivar: 100% chardonnay Maturation: 55% fermented and maturated in oak barrels for 12 months Tasting notes: Wine is intense golden yellow color. Average mobility in a glass of wine shows good structure and body. The nose is fine, with primary aromas of fresh tropical fruits and vanillic sounds of barrique to the discrete indication of toast in a fragrant composition. Storage in glass, aroma is still opening to mature meadow aromas and hints of honey bee. Taste is full, very complexed, with long-finals. Pronounced fruity aroma which tender to develop the taste of caramel and vanilla sticks. Finish is long and complex, dominated by vanilla and baked toast with aromas of honey. The wine is excellent structured and balanced. Recommended serving temperature is 12-14 degrees Celsius. Gastro recommendation: Smoked trout, pasta carbonara, sea bass in white sauce.
