Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

For added complexity, our 2006 Evergreen Chardonnay was barrel fermented in four different types of oak. Extended lees contact added to the wine’s rich mouthfeel and creaminess. Underneath the well-tempered opulence is the hallmark brisk acidity and minerality found in all of our wines. The aromas are bright and tropical; the finish is clean and harmonious.
