Miguel Torres Santa Digna Selection Sauvignon Blanc Chile 2008
Wine Tasting Notes A fresh, pale gold color, with a blend of aromas reminiscent of ripe, tropical fruits, over underlying hints of apple and fennel. Silky on the palate with a good acid structure and prolonged finish. Can be taken as an aperitif, or with fish, baked, broiled or served in mild sauces.
The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Our family has been dedicated to working the land, passing on their commitment from generation to generation.
