Miguel Torres Santa Digna Reserva Gewurztraminer 2011
Lustrous yellow color. Classic honey-and-flowers bouquet with suggestions of roses, jasmine and orange blossom. A fine, fullbodied wine, with the luscious, tropical fruit and perfumed character of the grape varieties balanced by a bite of acidity. It is an ideal match for shellfish (particularly oysters) and most fish dishes.
The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Our family has been dedicated to working the land, passing on their commitment from generation to generation.
