Delicious wine. Color is deep red with a brown oxide kind of tinge to it. The nose contains notes of spice, tart cherry, mustard, savory spice, blueberry and dark fruits. The taste has a smooth front, perhaps a bit of caramel to it. It feels well structured and medium bodied with notes of cherry and plum on the mid palette. The finish is savory. The whole experience of this wine has no sharp alcohol aspect to it - a well made wine!

I have tried it twice and I like it. While I am not an experienced wine reviewer, I can say this wine goes well with both cheese and food, and it is also drinkable by itself. This wine represents some of the "uniqueness" of the Ribera del Duero region of Spain.
