Pineapple, lime and apple come together on the nose along with a rather gentle touch of oak that contributes some almond, vanilla, and earth tones as opposed to overt spiciness. Medium full and bright in the mouth, this delivers lots of classic creamy pineapple flavors framed by modest but obvious oak spice. It's a bit riper on the palate than the nose suggests, though the finish does show more lime toned freshness. 87pts

Fresh and lively apple and apricot aromas open up for a smooth and luscious wine full of light cream, apples, medium acidity, and oak on the finish.

The nose is very rich, lots of melons, flowers, and fresh-cut grass. The mouth is mild, with some oak to draw out the flavor, with a very pleasant buttery finish.

With a creamy mouthfeel and ripe flavors of tangerines, tropical fruits, honey and sweet oak, this is a flashy effort. It will appeal to fans of the variety, and rightfully so, delivering a dry complexity that lifts it way above the average.

Full-bodied and intense, this is a touch raw in texture, with ripe pear, spice, apple and white peach flavors. Slightly pithy on the finish.

Tasting Notes:

Capturing both the sophistication and richness of cool-climate Russian River Valley Chardonnay, this wine displays inviting aromas of pineapple and fresh pear, alongside notes of nectarine, Meyer lemon and orange zest. The stone fruit and citrus elements continue on the palate, with layers of nectarine, tangerine and lemon curd, as well as hints of crème brulee, Gravenstein apple and subtle toast notes. Though the mouthfeel is long and rich, the wine’s natural acidity adds poise, focus and balance.
